Cookie-Richtlinie

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We use them to make the site work (login, order, selected language and currency) and, with your consent, for anonymous visitor statistics. The controller is DR CARS services s.r.o.; contact details and further information about processing can be found in the Privacy policy.

Necessary cookies

The site cannot work without these cookies. They are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site (cookies strictly necessary to provide the service you requested) and do not require consent.

  • dr-files-session – visitor session: login, order in progress, selected language and currency. Expires 2 hours after the last activity.
  • XSRF-TOKEN – protection of forms against misuse (CSRF). Same lifetime as the session.
  • remember_web_* – persistent login, only if you choose “Remember me” when logging in. Expires after up to 5 years, deleted on logout.
  • cookie_consent – your choice in the cookie bar, so that we do not ask repeatedly. Expires after 12 months.

During payment you are redirected to the Stripe payment gateway, which uses its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention, governed by Stripe's policy.

Welcome offer verification (with consent only)

  • drf_device – a random device identifier. It is stored only when you tick the welcome offer in the order and thereby consent to the device check; it ensures that several accounts cannot use the offer from one device. At the same moment the browser calculates a device fingerprint (see the Privacy policy). Expires after 2 years.

Analytics cookies (with consent only)

We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies. If we introduce them in the future, a bar requesting your consent will be shown before they are stored and this document will be updated.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent logging in and completing an order. Instructions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
