Process

How the service works

From reading the ECU to writing the modified file, everything takes place online. Files are usually processed within 1 hours during support hours.

    Reading and upload

    Read the ECU with your MASTER tool (OBD, bench or boot) and upload the complete original file together with the vehicle details.

  2. 2

    Selection and payment

    Select the required modifications. The price is fixed in advance and you pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  3. 3

    Processing by a technician

    A technician modifies the file individually for the specific vehicle and verifies the result. We keep you informed by email.

  4. 4

    Delivery of the file

    Download the modified file with corrected checksums from the link in the email or from your account.

Requirements

What we need from you

A file from a MASTER tool

Only files read with a MASTER tool. SLAVE files are encrypted and cannot be processed.

Complete original read

Upload the complete, unmodified read. If your tool produced several files (e.g. flash and EEPROM), pack them into one .zip archive.

Vehicle and ECU details

Brand, model and engine are required. ECU type, HW/SW number and the reading tool are optional but speed up processing.

Special requests

Fault codes to disable, hardware changes for Stage 2 or the required launch RPM go into the note for the technician.

Support

Turnaround and support

Files are usually processed within 1 hours during support hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00). Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next working day. You will be notified by email as soon as the file is ready.

The availability of individual modifications depends on the specific ECU and software version. If a modification cannot be carried out on your file, we will contact you and refund the payment.
