Services are paid with prepaid credits. Fixed prices are charged exactly as shown when you submit the request. Services marked “quoted after review” or “price on request” are priced in the request and charged only once you accept the price.

- Czech VAT of 21 % is added for customers in the Czech Republic and for EU customers without a VIES-valid VAT ID. Businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID pay without VAT (reverse charge); businesses outside the EU are not charged Czech VAT.
- Credits are valid for 24 months from the last credit entry (top-up, refund or goodwill credit).
- Cancelled or rejected requests return the charged credits to your balance automatically.
Questions about prices and credits
- How do credits work?
- You buy a credit package in your account and pay by card. The credits are added to your balance immediately after the payment and you receive a tax document for the payment. Every request is charged in credits.
- When are credits charged?
- Services with a fixed price are charged when you submit the request. Services without a fixed price are priced after review; the credits are charged only when you accept the price inside the request.
- What about revisions?
- Corrections of a delivered file within the original scope are handled in the same request without additional credits. A change of scope, for example new hardware or a different service, is a new request.
- How is VAT applied?
- Customers in the Czech Republic and customers without a VIES-valid EU VAT ID pay Czech VAT of 21 %. Businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU are invoiced without Czech VAT. The treatment is shown on the payment request before you pay.
- Do credits expire, and are they refunded?
- Credits are valid for 24 months from the last credit entry (top-up, refund or goodwill credit). Cancelled or rejected requests return the charged credits automatically. Credits cannot be exchanged for money; the unused balance is settled when the account is closed.
