Can I get the original file without a file read from the unit?
Yes. Without it, the hardware and software number of the control unit are required. A current file from the unit increases the chance of an exact match.
What if the software version is not available?
You receive a notice in the request. Alternatives, such as a compatible version, are only offered where technically appropriate.
