Service details
The modification disables AdBlue dosing, NOx sensor and fluid quality evaluation, the related fault codes and the resulting power limits or start-inhibit countdown. The file is prepared for the exact software and hardware version of the control unit.
If the vehicle is in road use and the emission system reports faults, the lawful options are a repair of the affected components, a check of the current calibration (File Review) or a return to the original software (Original Files).
Required information
- Vehicle, engine and ECU identification with hardware and software number (if known)
- Complete original file read from the control unit
- Declared vehicle use (motorsport, off-road, export) and country of use
- Description of the vehicle, its use and the technical situation
Typical workflow
- 01Provide the vehicle, control unit and application details.
- 02Submit the request for manual review.
- 03After approval you receive a quote. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- 04Processing starts once you accept the price and the credits are charged.
Technical notes
- Emission-related functions are linked; related monitoring and fault codes are assessed as part of the review.
- The price in credits is confirmed in the request after review. Nothing is charged before you accept it.
- The modification makes the vehicle technically unfit for operation on public roads (in the Czech Republic § 37 of Act No. 56/2001 Sb.). With the request you sign a declaration on the use of the vehicle and receive our written notice by e-mail.

Do you provide AdBlue OFF for road vehicles?
No. SCR and AdBlue-related software is prepared only for vehicles that are not operated on public roads. The declared use is reviewed and requests for road vehicles are declined.
What is needed for the request?
The complete original file, the hardware and software number, the declared vehicle use with the country of use and a description of the application. Requests for vehicles in road use are declined.
Does AdBlue Off fix an AdBlue fault and the start-inhibit countdown on a road vehicle?
No. For a road vehicle the answer is a repair of the SCR system (NOx sensor, dosing module, pump, tank heater) or a calibration check and an original file. AdBlue Off is prepared only for non-road vehicles.
