EGR Off – EGR delete software for non-road vehicles
Software deactivation of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR Off, EGR delete) in the engine ECU for vehicles not operated on public roads.
Each request is submitted with the declared vehicle use and the country of use and is reviewed before acceptance. Requests for road vehicles are declined.
Requests are submitted from a DR-files account. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in or register first. The selected service is kept.
Service details
The modification disables EGR valve control and the related diagnostics (flow, valve position, fault codes); the valve can then be closed or blanked. The file is prepared for the exact software version, together with DPF Off where required.
If the vehicle is in road use and the emission system reports faults, the lawful options are a repair of the affected components, a check of the current calibration (File Review) or a return to the original software (Original Files).

- The modification makes the vehicle technically unfit for operation on public roads (in the Czech Republic § 37 of Act No. 56/2001 Sb.). With the request you sign a declaration on the use of the vehicle and receive our written notice by e-mail.

No. EGR-related software is prepared only for vehicles that are not operated on public roads. The declared use is reviewed and requests for road vehicles are declined.
What is needed for the request?

Does EGR Off solve a clogged or faulty EGR valve on a road vehicle?
No. For a road vehicle the answer is cleaning or replacing the EGR valve and cooler and repairing the cause. We can help with a calibration check or an original file.
