MAF Off – disabling the mass air flow sensor in the ECU software
Software deactivation of the mass air flow sensor (MAF Off) in the engine control unit; the air mass calculation is taken over by the pressure and temperature model (MAP).
Used after the sensor has been removed or on modified intakes where the MAF sensor no longer measures correctly. The file is prepared for the exact software version.

Service details
After the modification the ECU does not use the MAF signal and does not report its fault codes. The accuracy of the calculation depends on the model calibration for the listed hardware; therefore state all intake and boost modifications.

We recommend replacing the sensor. MAF Off is intended for modified vehicles where the sensor cannot be used; on a stock vehicle it is a substitute solution that we assess from the diagnostic data you provide.
